Your journey begins in Pompeii - a city frozen in time by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD. Passing through one of the original city gates, you will head toward the Forum - the political, religious, and commercial heart of Pompeii, surrounded by temples, public buildings, and the impressive basilica.
