Program Description

The trip begins with a drive toward Wahiba Sands, with the first stop at Wadi Bani Khalid—the region's best-known wadi—featuring large pools of water surrounded by boulders. You'll have the opportunity to swim and explore nearby caves. Next, continue to the sand dunes to meet one of the few remaining Bedouin families and enjoy a short dune-driving experience amid the stunning desert landscape.

The tour is organized subject to a minimum number of 2 participants.

Due to safety reasons the dune bashing has been monitored and restricted by ROP. Following the security measures given by Omani Authorities, instead of dune bashing an experienced guide will take you for the lighter dune driving to get the sense of the sand. We kindly ask you to always follow the guide’s advices.
