Program Description

The tour begins at the meeting point, followed by a transfer to Bodega Halcón, one of the oldest wineries in Spain, established in 1711. This visit offers a unique journey through the rich winemaking traditions of the town of Lebrija. During the tour, you will uncover fascinating stories about the winery and explore its production areas, including traditional wine presses, vinegar factories, and cellars where the criaderas y soleras system is still used for aging wines. Special attention is given to the production process of Fino, Amontillado, and Oloroso wines, crafted from Palomino grapes. The experience is completed with a tasting of exceptional wines paired with Andalusian cuisine, creating an unforgettable blend of flavors and traditions. Return to hotels is at your own arrangement.
