A wonderful trip and a fantastic guide – Mangala! Kind, knowledgeable, well-organized, and very knowledgeable and dedicated. We had the opportunity to see elephants bathing in the river, elephants strolling through the town streets, and even pet and feed an elephant! We saw a beautiful panorama of Kandy from the vantage point and the beautiful interior of the Kandy temple. Inside, there was a magical atmosphere of peace, joy, and harmony. At the end of the day, we decided (for an additional fee) to attend a performance where we saw traditional Sri Lankan dances. The whole experience is absolutely worth recommending!
