Program Description
Discover the coast of Fuerteventura during a stand-up paddle experience in Castillo Caleta de Fuste. It is a great opportunity to spend some active time on the water, feel the ocean breeze and enjoy the coastal scenery.
At the beginning, you will meet your instructor, who will explain the most important safety rules, show you how to use the SUP board correctly and teach you the basics of paddling. With a few simple tips, you will be able to find your balance more easily and get ready to paddle independently.
Next, you will head out onto the water and begin your adventure on the Atlantic Ocean. While paddling, you will have time to practise your technique and enjoy the views around Castillo Caleta de Fuste. From the water, the coastline looks very different from what you see while walking along the shore.
Stand-up paddleboarding combines physical activity with a relaxing experience on the water. It is a good choice both for those trying SUP for the first time and for anyone looking for an enjoyable way to spend time by the ocean.
