Two days trip to the Danube Delta

Discover the extraordinary beauty of the Danube Delta on this two-day excursion to one of Europe's most remarkable natural treasures. After hotel pick-up, travel to Tulcea, known as the gateway to the Danube Delta. Your first stop is the Danube Delta Eco-Tourism Museum Centre, where you'll learn about the unique ecosystems of the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve through its permanent exhibition, public aquarium and educational displays.

Next, board a boat for a scenic cruise to Cormoran, located in the heart of the delta. Upon arrival, you'll have free time to explore the area on foot and enjoy lunch. Overnight accommodation is provided at a 3-star hotel.

The second day is dedicated to a memorable boat cruise through the Danube Delta, the second-largest river delta in Europe. As you navigate its intricate network of rivers, lakes, sandbanks, islands and riparian forests, you'll discover one of the continent's most important protected ecosystems.

The delta is home to more than 300 species of migratory and resident birds, as well as numerous fish species, making it a paradise for wildlife enthusiasts and nature lovers.

After the cruise, you'll return to Tulcea before transferring back to your hotel.
