Program Description
Discover the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao, one of the world's most celebrated museums of modern and contemporary art and an architectural masterpiece designed by Frank Gehry. This extraordinary building has become the symbol of Bilbao and one of the greatest architectural achievements of the 20th century.
During a guided tour, you will learn about the museum's creation and discover how its groundbreaking design transformed the city. Covering 24,000 m², the spectacular building impresses both inside and out, blending seamlessly with its surroundings along the Nervión River.
Outside the museum, you will admire some of its most famous artworks, including Puppy, the giant flower-covered dog sculpture, Maman by Louise Bourgeois, and Tulips by Jeff Koons.
After the guided tour, you will have free time to explore the museum's galleries at your own pace using the museum's audio guide and discover its outstanding collection of modern and contemporary art.
