Program Description
Discover two of Andalusia's most captivating destinations on a full-day excursion combining spectacular landscapes, rich history and the unique charm of southern Spain's famous white villages. From the extraordinary rock houses of Setenil de las Bodegas to the dramatic cliffs of Ronda, this tour showcases some of the region's most iconic sights.
The journey begins in Setenil de las Bodegas, one of the most unusual villages in Spain. Famous for its houses built directly into and beneath massive rock overhangs, Setenil offers a truly unique atmosphere. Stroll through its picturesque streets, including the well-known Calle Cuevas del Sol, one of the village's most photographed locations, and enjoy time to explore this remarkable place at your own pace.
The tour then continues to Ronda, one of Spain's oldest and most spectacular historic towns. Accompanied by a local guide, you will discover the city's fascinating history while exploring its charming old town. Admire the iconic Puente Nuevo, the impressive bridge spanning the dramatic El Tajo Gorge, and hear the legends that have shaped this remarkable destination.
You will also visit the historic Bullring of the Royal Cavalry of Ronda, one of the oldest bullrings in Spain, along with the Museo Taurino de la Real Maestranza de Caballería, where you will learn about the traditions and history of bullfighting in Andalusia.
After the guided tour, you will have free time to continue exploring Ronda at your own pace. Wander through Plaza de España, discover the picturesque Moorish Quarter, browse local shops or simply relax in one of the cafés before returning to Málaga by coach.
