Program Description
On this visit, we will access to one of the centenarians’ Andalusian haciendas to learn every detail about the production of this product, pillar of the Mediterranean diet.
Visit to a typical Andalusian hacienda, located in the province of Seville, to discover all the secrets that a centenarian oil press hides, the secrets of the olive tree and olive oil, a tradition that dates from time immemorial and had an specific weight from the seventeenth century. Opportunity to learn about the details of the functioning of a traditional oil mill and enter them in the field dedicated to olive farming to know the process of extraction and making of the olive oil, the Liquid Gold of Andalusia. During the visit, this production process can be known extensively, the product will be tasted and an extra virgin olive oil pairing will be made. Return to Seville.
