After hotel pick-up, you'll travel to the meeting point, where your bike ride begins. Your first stop is a local shop, where your guide will introduce you to the vegetables, herbs and spices commonly used in Sri Lankan cuisine, explaining their traditional uses and health benefits. After purchasing fresh local ingredients, you'll cycle through picturesque tea plantations to a traditional clay hut with a palm-leaf roof.

Here, you'll meet an experienced local chef who will demonstrate how to prepare classic Sri Lankan dishes. Under the chef's guidance, you'll cook the meals yourself before enjoying a tasting of the dishes you have prepared.

After the experience, you will be transferred back to your hotel.
